NEW 2025 Summer Educational Programs for Grades 1-7 at The Student Connection! Our NEW Summer Educational Programs are fun programs cleverly disguised as learning opportunities for your child. Programs are designed for Grades 1-7 and can be done 1:1 or with a group of friends of the same grade level.

Let’s Play! Create Your Own Board Game
Students will explore the world of creating their own board game! Using their own creative thinking, students will explore game themes and ideas, write up rules and directions on how to play, use art and math to create the game board and presentation skills to tell people how to play.
You arrange the day and time that works best for you!
Pick a day and time within these parameters:
Programs are held between July 7 – August 15
Mondays: 11am – 3 pm
Tuesdays – Thursdays: 2-4 pm
(for example, I want to schedule Mondays at 11:30 and Thursdays at 3:00pm)
Grades 1-3: meet 2x/week for 45 minutes
Grades 4-7: meet 2x/week for 1 hour
Fee: $250 for 5 sessions (student must attend all 5 sessions to complete the project)

Young Authors Creative Book Writing
Improve your child’s writing skills with our Creative Book Writing Program! Students will tap into their creative side to come up with an idea for their book, develop the storyline and provide illustrations. Great for all ages, this will build lifelong skills including vocabulary and writing, as well as develop handwriting and fine motor skills. We will also have your child’s book published!

Get Cooking With Math
Our Get Cooking with Math Program is a fun way to practice math concepts like measurements, counting, multiplication, fractions and problem solving. Students will also use reading, problem solving and creativity to whip up something delicious they will be proud to share with friends and family!
